Description

You will support strategic communications plans for real estate clients by owning media relations, project management, events, partnerships, and writing tasks. This hybrid role is based in New York City and requires working in the office 3 days per week.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in strategic communications from a PR agency or in-house team
• Ability to handle multiple assignments and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated relationships with reporters and strong news sense
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategy and campaign planning for multiple high-profile client accounts
• Engage with reporters, editors, and influencers to pitch and place stories across local, regional, and national outlets
• Write and edit press releases, fact sheets, talking points, and communications strategies
• Oversee day-to-day client communications including staffing weekly calls and developing meeting agendas
• Support teams at press events and openings, and help manage work streams across multiple accounts
