Description

You will ensure on-time delivery of heatshield components for integration and test by monitoring, tracking, and coordinating parts across the organization. Collaborate with planning, procurement, engineering, and production teams to maintain clean MRP/ERP data and support workflow consistency.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency certificate
• 1+ years experience supporting departmental administrative processes
• Strong computer skills with MS Office suite
• Experience in aerospace, automotive, semiconductor, or electronic manufacturing preferred
• SQL and Tableau experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Monitor and move parts through the company to ensure timely delivery to next production location
• Push/pull physical movement of parts via receiving, stock rooms, and production resources
• Coordinate off-site processing of parts to ensure on-time delivery
• Assist with resolution of incorrect system data driving inappropriate demand or schedules
• Develop and maintain reports to highlight needs, deliverables, and constraints
