💼 About This Role

You'll join a venture-backed startup building agentic AI for SMBs, working directly with founders to grow from zero to $10M ARR. You'll own all marketing channels, from paid ads to outbound to creative production, with total autonomy and a significant budget. This is a hands-on execution role for a scrappy builder who loves speed and impact.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Execute high-velocity testing on Meta/Google/LinkedIn ads
• Build automated outbound systems using Clay, Instantly, Apollo
• Produce 10-20 ad creatives and landing page variants per week
• Optimize full funnel from landing pages to email nurture

📋 Requirements

• Proven track record taking a product from near zero to over $1M ARR
• Hands-on experience with paid media platforms (Meta, Google, LinkedIn)
• Ability to execute independently without developer support for tools
• Strong B2B copywriting and conversion psychology skills

• Experience with Framer, Stripe, PostHog, and attribution tools
• Background in B2B AI or SaaS startups
