Description

You will lead Planet's San Francisco-based Creative Studio, translating complex business objectives into polished customer experiences. You'll own the end-to-end creative lifecycle, manage multi-channel content production, and ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints while balancing high-volume execution with long-term strategy.

Requirements

• 4+ years managing a creative team
• 6+ years of relevant experience
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in a relevant field
• Excellent project, time, and budget management skills
• Experience collaborating with stakeholders and executives

Responsibilities

• Lead the Creative Studio to translate marketing strategies into visual narratives
• Maintain and scale Planet’s visual language and brand guidelines
• Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams on product launches and campaigns
• Direct external contractors and agencies for bandwidth and specialized capabilities
• Refine creative workflows to improve speed-to-market without sacrificing quality
