Description

You will own the end-to-end educational ecosystem for seller support, designing scalable training solutions and using data-driven insights to improve performance. Your work will ensure internal consultants and partners deliver outstanding service while maintaining operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in L&D, corporate training, or operational excellence with 2+ years in management
  • Proven track record in BPO, high-volume call center, or supply chain environments
  • Strong data literacy with Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and data visualization
  • Experience with LMS and e-learning content creation tools (Articulate, Captivate, etc.)
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin; ability to influence without authority

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute long-term L&D strategy for Seller Support aligned with business expansion
  • Architect, create, audit, and maintain all training content as living documents
  • Lead digital transformation from classroom to e-learning and just-in-time modules
  • Deep-dive into operational metrics and design targeted training interventions with measurable ROI
  • Build 360-degree feedback loops and analytics to measure knowledge journey effectiveness
