Description
You will own the end-to-end educational ecosystem for seller support, designing scalable training solutions and using data-driven insights to improve performance. Your work will ensure internal consultants and partners deliver outstanding service while maintaining operational efficiency.
Requirements
- 5+ years in L&D, corporate training, or operational excellence with 2+ years in management
- Proven track record in BPO, high-volume call center, or supply chain environments
- Strong data literacy with Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and data visualization
- Experience with LMS and e-learning content creation tools (Articulate, Captivate, etc.)
- Fluent in English and Mandarin; ability to influence without authority
Responsibilities
- Design and execute long-term L&D strategy for Seller Support aligned with business expansion
- Architect, create, audit, and maintain all training content as living documents
- Lead digital transformation from classroom to e-learning and just-in-time modules
- Deep-dive into operational metrics and design targeted training interventions with measurable ROI
- Build 360-degree feedback loops and analytics to measure knowledge journey effectiveness
