You will drive operational excellence for the post-sales organization at Hebbia, partnering with customer-facing teams to accelerate customer value through strategic frameworks, analytics, and cross-functional projects. This role involves analyzing performance, optimizing processes, and building models to guide resource allocation.

Requirements

  • 5+ years progressive experience in revenue/customer success/technical solutions strategy and ops at high-growth SaaS
  • Strong first-principles thinking and analytical skills
  • Experience in fast-paced environments managing ambiguity
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple concurrent projects
  • Experience building Salesforce reports and dashboards

Responsibilities

  • Act as thought partner to post-sales teams, uncover insights, and implement programs to enhance functions
  • Lead strategic analyses to identify trends and optimize processes
  • Design and manage a model for global resource allocation by vertical
  • Partner with GTM Leadership to define vertical-specific coverage models
  • Drive risk upsell forecasting and manage at-risk accounts
