Description

You will lead and manage the facility's safety, health, and environmental activities to build a strong safety culture with zero harm focus, ensuring full compliance with government regulations and company requirements. You'll provide guidance, support operations, and continuously improve safety initiatives at a manufacturing facility.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in safety, environment, or related field
• Minimum 5 years safety experience in manufacturing
• Ability to interpret OSHA and environmental regulations
• Strong organizational and independent work skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and OBE requirements
• Maintain safety and environmental records per regulations
• Oversee and improve facility safety initiatives
• Support annual Safety Plan development
• Coordinate safety documentation (JSAs, PPE assessments, etc.)
