💼 About This Role

You'll shape marketing strategy for near-launch prescription digital therapeutics and build a best-in-class marketing organization. You'll define brand strategy and create materials driving behavior change and prescriptions. This role offers a unique opportunity at a pre-IPO company in a fast-growing space.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Own best-in-class marketing campaigns for each product's brand positioning and messaging
  • Conduct segmentation, unmet needs analysis, and competitive landscape for HCPs and payers
  • Develop omnichannel, growth, and DTC campaigns for consumer-focused marketing
  • Oversee development of promotional materials and the approval process
  • Direct strategy for patient assistance programs and copay support

📋 Requirements

  • 15+ years progressive leadership in pharmaceutical or biotech sectors
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA, PharmD, or MPH preferred
  • Demonstrated success leading multiple brand launches from pre-approval to post-launch
  • Expert-level oversight of multi-million dollar budgets
