- Lead day-to-day client relationships and align agency work with brand strategy.
- Partner with medical and creative leadership on strategic guidance and account growth.
- Maintain fiscal oversight including scope management and budget accountability.
- Mentor and develop Account team members through coaching and feedback.
๐ Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive account management in medical communications or HCP promotion.
- Experience managing direct reports.
- Bachelor's degree required.
