You'll own full-cycle product recruiting at Duolingo, partnering directly with the CPO to shape hiring strategy and build a world-class Product org. Your core impact is blending strategic influence with hands-on execution to make hiring a competitive advantage. This role stands out for its direct CPO partnership and ownership of hiring infrastructure.

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for Product roles at all levels
  • Partner with CPO to shape hiring strategy and prioritize roles
  • Lead and influence cross-functional teams without direct authority
  • Drive sourcing strategy for senior and hard-to-fill roles

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with Product depth
  • Experience partnering with senior leaders (VP/C-suite) on org strategy
  • Track record of hiring across levels from PMs to VPs
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity with an ownership mindset

  • Experience leading or mentoring a recruiting team
  • Deep market knowledge of the Product talent landscape
  • History of building repeatable hiring systems
