You'll lead the evolution of Navan Edge into a proactive AI travel agent for business travelers, designing autonomous systems that anticipate needs. Your core impact is architecting agentic workflows and defining the AI strategy using generative AI and RAG. This role stands out by creating a hyper-personalized travel experience across the entire journey.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and scale AI-driven agentic workflows for end-to-end travel logistics
• Define vision for generative AI, RAG, and personalized LLM fine-tuning
• Orchestrate traveler journey pre-trip, during-trip, and post-trip into AI thread
• Define KPIs around autonomous task completion and AI-to-human handoff

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of PM experience in high-growth SaaS
• 2+ years focused on AI/ML products
• Computer Science degree or equivalent technical foundation
• Comfortable discussing token limits, vector databases, and foundation models
