Description

You will develop and optimize advanced semiconductor deposition processes for next-generation devices, working hands-on with state-of-the-art equipment. Your work on ALD/PEALD, PECVD, CVD, and related technologies will enable innovations in 5G, AI, and autonomous driving.

Requirements

• PhD in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field; or MS with 2+ years industry experience
• Hands-on experience with PEALD, ALD, PECVD, CVD, or Epitaxy
• Strong understanding of thin film deposition principles
• Experience with experimental design and characterization
• Excellent communication in English and Korean

Responsibilities

• Research and optimize thin film deposition processes (PEALD, PECVD, CVD, etc.)
• Design and execute experiments using DOE and RSM
• Develop new film materials for emerging semiconductor applications
• Troubleshoot process and equipment issues
• Collaborate with customers and support product transfer
