🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage onboarding process for new employees with compliance focus.
• Take end-to-end ownership of the employee onboarding lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Mobility, Benefits, Lifecycle, and Payroll teams.
• Maintain employee data accuracy, security, and confidentiality.

📋 Requirements

• Strong background in operational roles with people operations experience.
• Proficiency in handling employment contracts and legally binding documents.
• High proficiency in written and spoken English at business level.
• Familiarity with Notion, Slack, Zendesk, and Google Workspace or similar.

• Additional languages considered a plus.
