You'll own the execution and improvement of BJAK's compensation and benefits programs. Your core impact is ensuring reward structures are competitive, compliant, and scalable across markets. This role offers hands-on work with people analytics and scaling HR systems.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Support design of salary structures and incentive schemes.
- Conduct compensation benchmarking and market surveys.
- Prepare salary review proposals and adjustments.
- Administer employee benefits programs.
- Liaise with external benefits providers.
๐ Requirements
- Experience in compensation & benefits or HR roles with C&B exposure.
- Solid understanding of local labor laws and tax regulations.
- Strong analytical skills with data and reports.
- Experience with HRIS systems and spreadsheets.
