🎯 What You'll Do

• Support design of salary structures and incentive schemes.
• Conduct compensation benchmarking and market surveys.
• Prepare salary review proposals and adjustments.
• Administer employee benefits programs.
• Liaise with external benefits providers.

📋 Requirements

• Experience in compensation & benefits or HR roles with C&B exposure.
• Solid understanding of local labor laws and tax regulations.
• Strong analytical skills with data and reports.
• Experience with HRIS systems and spreadsheets.
