Description

As an AI and Technology Consultant at SEI, you'll work with clients from the C-suite to the shop floor, helping deliver on strategic initiatives. You'll translate business requirements into technical ones, lead Agile transformations, and contribute to growing the business. This role combines technical expertise, people skills, and a collaborative mindset.

Requirements

8+ years professional experience
Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
Experience with databases (SQL, DB2, Oracle, Postgres, MySQL, NoSQL)
Proficiency in multiple programming languages (Java, JavaScript, C#, C++, Python)
Understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies

Responsibilities

Translate client business requirements into technical requirements
Lead and contribute to project teams on best practices and design principles
Coach Agile process and best practices for teams and organizations
Lead Waterfall to Agile transformation projects
Contribute to business development and internal initiatives
