🎯 What You'll Do

• Monitor contracts and agreements with vendors and consultants
• Perform accounts receivable functions including invoicing and collections
• Conduct reconciliation of all accounts as needed
• Manage data entry and oversee bank reconciliation process

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year proven experience as a bookkeeper with international clients
• Knowledge of US Taxation is preferred
• Solid understanding of financial/accounting terminologies and practices
• Proficiency in QuickBooks, Asana, and Excel
