Description

You will manage client services coordination and scheduling, build relationships with clients and referral sources, monitor fiscal metrics, and partner with clinical managers to support field employees in a dynamic home health care environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree preferred, Associates minimum
• Prior knowledge/experience with Medicare and OASIS a plus
• Prior medical office or home care experience preferred
• Demonstrated record of successfully taking on increased responsibility
• Strong computer skills including electronic medical record

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service and quality home care
• Manage coordination of client services and emergent scheduling issues
• Build lasting relationships with clients, referral sources, payors, and community organizations
• Maintain effective fiscal management of caseload by monitoring metrics
• Partner with Clinical Managers to supervise and support field employees
