Description

You will own the complete Country Pod of the APL, ensuring payroll is processed accurately and compliantly. You'll serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, manage relationships with payroll service providers, and implement best practices.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in regional/global payroll operations including Italian staffing agencies (APL)
• Proficient in SAP, Excel/Google Sheets, and Zucchetti Paghe Project
• Proven experience as Payroll Expert with knowledge of payroll function, taxes, and balancing
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities
• Fluent in English

Responsibilities

• Own the complete Country Pod of the APL, ensuring accurate and compliant payroll processing
• Serve as point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on payroll country matters
• Manage relationships with payroll, accounting, and staffing agencies (APL)
• Develop and implement best practices, KPIs, and SLA metrics
• Ensure processes are documented and compliant with regulations including GDPR
