💼 About This Role

You'll act as a key technical partner in our sales organization, bridging Perk's spend management product with finance teams' needs. You'll drive high-impact product demonstrations and ERP integration discussions to solve operational pain points. This role combines consulting and sales engineering to shape how global companies manage travel and expenses.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Translate finance requirements into solution designs for Perk's platform
• Deliver product demonstrations with Account Executives
• Guide clients through solution lifecycle, design, and integration
• Collaborate with Product team to share customer feedback

📋 Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in Sales Engineering or Solution Consulting for B2B SaaS
• Solid understanding of accounting processes (AP/AR) and financial controls
• Familiarity with ERP ecosystems (SAP, NetSuite, or Microsoft Dynamics)
• Native or bilingual fluency in German and professional proficiency in English

• Degree or background in Finance/Accounting
• Experience in Big 4 or Tier-1 System Integrator focusing on finance technology
• Baseline understanding of APIs and SFTP integration methods
