As a Roving Maintenance Technician, you'll ensure exceptional living experiences by handling service tickets, performing preventative maintenance, and preparing apartments for move-ins. You'll travel across properties in the Greater Philadelphia area, providing outstanding customer service and keeping our communities safe and beautiful.

Requirements

• Experience in building maintenance or education in trades
• Beginner to intermediate proficiency in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair
• Availability for on-call rotation and emergency situations
• Ability to frequently lift 25-50 pounds and constantly lift 10-20 pounds
• Personal reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Resolve maintenance issues in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair
• Prepare vacant apartments through turn-over repairs and improvements
• Perform general upkeep, snow removal, and grounds maintenance
• Provide outstanding customer service to residents
• Travel among a portfolio of properties in the Philadelphia area
