You'll lead end-to-end operational delivery of flagship global events for the Financial Times Live division, managing budgets and supplier relationships. Your work will drive profitability and customer satisfaction for industry-leading conferences like Global ABS and ABS East. This role offers the opportunity to shape high-profile events in a fast-growing team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Run end-to-end delivery of large flagship events in Miami
• Source, negotiate and contract with venues and suppliers
• Manage budgets, invoices, and reconcile balance sheets
• Devise risk and security plans for allocated events

📋 Requirements

• B2B event operations experience managing end-to-end global conferences
• Large scale conference operations experience with 50+ exhibitors
• Full budget control and operational management in corporate environment
• Experience in venue and supplier contracting and negotiation

✨ Nice to Have

• Affinity with digital systems like CVENT and Swapcard
• First Aid qualified or IOSH Managing Safety Certificate
