💼 About This Role

You'll support financial advisers in preparing for client reviews at Titan Wealth Planning, a firm offering wealth management and retirement planning services. You'll ensure client data is accurate and documentation is complete, directly impacting the quality of advice delivered. This hybrid role is based in Inverurie.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Prepare client data and plan information for adviser reviews.
• Update contributions, withdrawals, and fund valuations in IO.
• Produce client valuation reports and OneNote packs.
• Submit new business applications and chase providers.

📋 Requirements

• 12 months IFA administration experience
• Good written and oral communication skills
• Methodical and organised approach
• Computer literate with attention to detail

• Previous regulatory or financial industry experience
• Knowledge of the advice process
