You'll support World Relief's engagement with government agencies and Congress on policies affecting marginalized communities. You'll conduct research on immigration and refugee issues and assist with advocacy materials. This unpaid internship offers hands-on experience in humanitarian policy and social justice advocacy.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Research and analyze policy issues on immigration and refugee resettlement.
- Draft written materials for advocacy campaigns and stakeholders.
- Monitor legislative activity and committee hearings.
- Support coordination and logistics for small-scale events.
📋 Requirements
- Committed to World Relief's mission and Christian faith.
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and virtual collaboration tools.
✨ Nice to Have
- Familiarity with U.S. immigration policy or refugee issues.
- Pursuing or completed degree in Political Science or related field.
- Mature personal Christian faith.
