You'll provide advanced troubleshooting and technical support to end users, including executives. You'll perform root-cause analysis and escalate complex issues while delivering high-level customer service for events at the venue.

  • Perform root-cause analysis for complex issues and provide solutions.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to internal teams and follow up.
  • Deploy and configure endpoint devices and maintain asset log.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • AA/AS Degree in Information Systems or related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in technical support
  • Strong knowledge of mobile device OS (iOS, Android)
  • Knowledge of TCP/IP and Wi-Fi troubleshooting

โœจ Nice to Have

  • BA/BS Degree preferred
  • CompTIA A+ certification
  • ITIL Foundations v3 preferred
