You'll provide advanced troubleshooting and technical support to end users, including executives. You'll perform root-cause analysis and escalate complex issues while delivering high-level customer service for events at the venue.

- Provide advanced troubleshooting and technical support to end users.
- Perform root-cause analysis for complex issues and provide solutions.
- Escalate unresolved issues to internal teams and follow up.
- Deploy and configure endpoint devices and maintain asset log.
๐ Requirements
- AA/AS Degree in Information Systems or related field
- 2-4 years of experience in technical support
- Strong knowledge of mobile device OS (iOS, Android)
- Knowledge of TCP/IP and Wi-Fi troubleshooting
โจ Nice to Have
- BA/BS Degree preferred
- CompTIA A+ certification
- ITIL Foundations v3 preferred
