You'll lead advanced analytics and build revenue forecasting models to drive GTM strategy. You'll partner with Product and Growth teams to uncover revenue insights and deploy AI-enabled commercial solutions. This role offers high ownership and impact in a fast-growing fintech.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Translate complex modeling results into actionable narratives for executives.
• Lead exploratory analyses to identify latent revenue levers and root causes.
• Develop and own revenue forecasting and forward-looking performance insights.
• Apply causal inference methods like DiD and synthetic control to estimate impact.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years industry experience with advanced degree in quantitative field.
• Strong analytical intuition and structured problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Foundations in causal inference and forecasting with ML approaches.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Databricks or similar cloud data platforms.
• Familiarity with Hex or notebook-based analysis tools.
• Experience in high-growth startup and/or B2B business models.
