💼 About This Role

You'll lead Aircall's revenue engine, aligning Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success into a high-performance system. You'll design integrated workflows and AI-driven strategies for predictable growth. This role bridges leadership and frontline execution, optimizing the entire revenue lifecycle.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Lead annual and quarterly revenue planning, forecasting, and quota setting.
  • Architect end-to-end GTM processes from lead management to renewals.
  • Implement AI-powered forecasting and predictive analytics for pipeline insights.
  • Design and govern sales compensation plans to drive desired behaviors.

📋 Requirements

  • 10–15 years in RevOps or GTM leadership in high-growth B2B SaaS.
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional executives and lead without authority.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, and AI-driven automation platforms.

  • Experience with revenue intelligence tools and predictive analytics.
  • Background in sales compensation design and governance.
