Description

You will design and build scalable APIs and backend services using Spring Boot, and develop data pipelines with Apache Spark and Airflow to power audience management and ad decisioning. Your work will directly enable advanced segmentation and operational efficiency for Roku's advertising platform.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in Apache Spark and Apache Airflow
• Experience with ScyllaDB/Cassandra, Aerospike, Kubernetes, and SpringBoot
• Strong track record building high-scale data services
• Proactive and self-motivated with dedication to delivering results
• Experience with production-grade data products and APIs

Responsibilities

• Design and build APIs and backend services using Spring Boot
• Develop and maintain data pipelines and ETL workflows with Apache Spark and Airflow
• Optimize data storage, retrieval, and processing systems for scalability and performance
• Develop and fine-tune complex queries using Apache Spark for large-scale datasets
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve data systems to minimize downtime
