Description

You will lead Workday payroll integrations for global customers, ensuring accurate data migration and compliance. You'll analyze HCM configurations, manage data flows, and partner with client teams to deliver seamless go-lives on Remote's Global Payroll platform.

Requirements

• Proven experience implementing or integrating Workday HCM
• Strong understanding of Workday modules: Core HCM, Compensation, Absence, Time Tracking, Integrations
• Experience delivering end-to-end payroll implementations using Workday as source of truth
• Excellent understanding of global payroll operations and multi-country compliance
• Advanced data management and analysis skills (Google Sheets or Excel)

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Workday payroll integrations for complex customers
• Serve as primary technical and functional contact for Workday-integrated payroll implementations
• Analyze customers' Workday environments for data structures and dependencies
• Manage data extraction, transformation, and validation between Workday and Remote's payroll platform
• Configure Remote's payroll system per customer, ensuring local regulatory compliance
