You'll serve as a right hand to the founder, driving strategic initiatives and daily operations at an AI research lab backed by Sequoia Capital. You'll tackle ambiguous problems across hiring, data infrastructure, and board-level projects.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive key cross-functional projects like hiring strategy and data infrastructure
• Support board-level initiatives including M&A and financial analysis
• Own internal operations such as offsites, logistics, and systems
• Dive into new problem spaces with little context and figure them out quickly

📋 Requirements

• 0-4 years of experience (or exceptional new grad)
• Background in consulting (McKinsey, Bain, BCG), banking, or high-growth startups
• Demonstrated ability to operate in high-performance environments
