💼 About This Role
You'll own the end-to-end customer experience post-sale, acting as the connective tissue between customers, product, and go-to-market. You'll drive onboarding, adoption, and long-term value realization for healthcare operators and revenue cycle leaders. This is a highly cross-functional role blending customer success, implementation, and operational problem-solving.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Lead onboarding for new customers from kickoff through deployment
- Serve as primary point of contact for key customer stakeholders
- Diagnose workflow inefficiencies and recommend process improvements
- Bring structured feedback to product and engineering for feature prioritization
📋 Requirements
- 5+ years in customer success, consulting, operations, or implementation
- Experience with healthcare systems, RCM, MSOs, or DSOs strongly preferred
- Ability to manage multiple complex accounts simultaneously
