Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant experience in client services, digital marketing, paid media, or fundraising
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, team-oriented, attention to detail
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies
- Experience project managing paid media campaigns (e.g., paid social, search advertising)
- Adaptable, curious, resourceful, and self-driven with ability to play different roles
Responsibilities
- Coordinate delivery across multiple client accounts to meet needs in an agile way
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, understanding priorities and expectations
- Coordinate and monitor internal delivery teams to complete tasks on time and within budget
- Contribute to production, delivery, and QA of emails, social media content, and web pages
- Draft client-facing proposals, presentations, strategic plans, and other materials
