You'll lead and coach the US Operations team for Arta's digital wealth platform, working with cross-functional teams to optimize client onboarding, trading, and account management. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and coach a lean US Operations team.
• Own critical operational processes for trading, reconciliation, and onboarding.
• Partner with Product, Compliance, and Engineering to enhance processes.
• Coordinate internal and external partners to resolve operational issues.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of business operations experience in financial services.
• 2+ years of people management experience.
• Experience designing and implementing end-to-end operational processes with controls.
• Strategic and hands-on leader comfortable in startup-like environments.

• SQL proficiency.
• Experience setting up AI workflows.
• Strong understanding of investment operations across asset classes.
