Description

You will own and transform risk data infrastructure into an LLM-agent-ready state, leading a team of analytics engineers and designing a group-wide data governance framework as the company expands globally.

Requirements

• 5+ years in data engineering, analytics engineering, or data governance
• Experience leading or mentoring a small technical team
• Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with Snowflake or comparable cloud data warehouse
• Experience with dbt or similar transformation frameworks
• Hands-on experience with LLM/AI agents and data infrastructure for agent consumption

Responsibilities

• Lead risk data infrastructure to LLM-agent-ready state
• Define and enforce SLAs and build observability for datamarts across all data quality dimensions
• Design and evolve the LLM context layer for autonomous AI consumption
• Drive cross-departmental data quality requirements and standards adoption
• Lead a team of 2-3 analytics engineers
