You'll lead scalable data engineering efforts for a digital media company reaching 30M+ monthly visitors. You'll build and optimize ETL pipelines, own data lake infrastructure, and empower cross-functional teams with reliable data. This role offers a profit-sharing bonus in a remote-first environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and optimize scalable ETL and data lake processes
• Own ingestion, modeling, and transformation of structured and unstructured data
• Partner with BI and Analytics to deliver query-ready datasets
• Maintain database monitoring, anomaly detection, and quality assurance workflows

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of data engineering in cloud-native environments
• Deep expertise in Python, SQL, Docker, and AWS (S3, Glue, Kinesis, Athena/Presto)
• Experience building and managing scalable ETL pipelines and data lake infrastructure
• Familiarity with distributed systems and Spark
