Description

You will drive the mass production of soft goods, collaborate with designers and manufacturers, and ensure quality and cost-effectiveness. You'll test sustainable materials, manage documentation, and transition products to QC team after sample approval.

Requirements

• 5 years experience working with soft goods vendors for mass production.
• Passionate about soft goods design and cost-effective production.
• Ability to research and identify technical improvements.
• Experience with BOM review and management.
• Skilled in sample review and tracking against tech packs.

Responsibilities

• Drive product improvements using sustainable fabrics and specialty components.
• Coordinate with project managers to hit milestones and ensure seamless execution.
• Establish quality control documents and inspection plans with suppliers.
• Organize critical documentation and communications related to manufacturing.
