💼 About This Role

You'll lead the global sales enablement strategy for a leader in IoT and connected transportation. Your work will equip the sales organization with the tools and frameworks to drive revenue performance and product adoption across all segments and regions.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Define and lead the global sales enablement strategy aligned to revenue priorities.
  • Oversee product and solution enablement across Geotab’s portfolio.
  • Establish a structured global go-to-market readiness model for launches.
  • Develop and govern sales enablement programs including onboarding and certification.

📋 Requirements

  • 8-10 years of experience in sales enablement or go-to-market strategy.
  • 5-8 years of supervisory experience leading cross-functional teams.
  • B2B technology or SaaS industry experience strongly preferred.
  • Expertise in global strategy and revenue operations.

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience in IoT or connected transportation.
  • Certification in sales enablement (e.g., SEI, CSAP).
  • Familiarity with AI-powered sales tools.
