💼 About This Role
You'll lead the global sales enablement strategy for a leader in IoT and connected transportation. Your work will equip the sales organization with the tools and frameworks to drive revenue performance and product adoption across all segments and regions.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Define and lead the global sales enablement strategy aligned to revenue priorities.
- Oversee product and solution enablement across Geotab’s portfolio.
- Establish a structured global go-to-market readiness model for launches.
- Develop and govern sales enablement programs including onboarding and certification.
📋 Requirements
- 8-10 years of experience in sales enablement or go-to-market strategy.
- 5-8 years of supervisory experience leading cross-functional teams.
- B2B technology or SaaS industry experience strongly preferred.
- Expertise in global strategy and revenue operations.
✨ Nice to Have
- Experience in IoT or connected transportation.
- Certification in sales enablement (e.g., SEI, CSAP).
- Familiarity with AI-powered sales tools.
