Description

As a Chef Operator at Naked Farmer, you will lead a team passionate about culinary excellence in a scratch-based kitchen, drive operational success, and foster a culture of growth and sustainability. This role is key to our farm-to-table mission, working with seasonal ingredients and guiding your team through daily skill development.

Requirements

• Minimum 3-4 years of high-volume kitchen or operational restaurant management with P&L responsibility
• Passion for real, good food and genuine interest in culinary practices
• Deep understanding of efficient restaurant operations
• Demonstrated strong work ethic and reliability
• Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds

Responsibilities

• Oversee entire restaurant operation including cost management, labor efficiency, guest experience, and sales growth
• Inspire, encourage, and coach team to build daily disciplines for efficient restaurant operations
• Work with Chef de Cuisine on quality assurance and transform guest feedback into actionable improvements
• Spearhead new initiatives and foster an entrepreneurial mindset within the team
• Lead recruitment, conduct interviews, and oversee onboarding of new team members
