📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, law, or related field.
• 12+ years of HR experience with extensive ER leadership exposure.
• Expertise in global labor laws, risk management, and ER governance.
• Proven ability to influence senior leadership across multiple geographies.
