You'll build data-intensive systems powering People Innovation Labs' internal products, including OpenHouse, a culture and communication hub. You'll design and manage people data pipelines using Databricks and collaborate with Data Science and People Analytics teams to drive key metrics. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and manage people data pipelines into Databricks warehouse
• Develop canonical datasets for key people and product metrics
• Implement robust, fault-tolerant data ingestion and processing systems
• Ensure data security, integrity, and compliance with standards

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years as a data engineer and 8+ years total software engineering experience
• Proficiency in Python, Scala, or Java
• Experience with Databricks or Snowflake and ETL schedulers
• Experience with distributed processing like Spark, Hadoop, or Flink
