You'll manage and ensure the integrity of Salesforce data for direct mail processes and create insightful reports and dashboards. You will provide essential data support to departments for targeted outreach.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage Salesforce data and orchestrate direct mail and call campaigns.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external brokers for list accuracy.
• Create and refine Salesforce reports and dashboards for data-driven decisions.
• Perform data cleansing, validation, and maintenance to ensure data quality.

📋 Requirements

• Proven experience in Salesforce data management and reporting.
• Familiarity with Salesforce data loader and other ETL tools.
• Proficiency in creating and maintaining custom reports and dashboards in Salesforce.
• Experience in data cleansing and de-duplication using Microsoft Excel.

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with NCOA software.
• Experience with DemandTools and Briteverify.
