💼 About This Role

You'll join a mission-driven team transforming the construction industry by maintaining and repairing heavy equipment and aerial lifts. Using our proprietary tech platform, you'll diagnose issues faster and work smarter. This role offers year-round OEM training and the chance to work on the newest fleet in the industry.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform maintenance and repair on complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems
• Use technology to create, assign, and monitor work orders and track service intervals
• Maintain paperwork and electronic documentation of work performed
• Assist in training lower level technicians as needed

📋 Requirements

• Own tools applicable to the position
• Advanced mechanical aptitude and working knowledge of tools
• Extensive knowledge of construction equipment with advanced schematics understanding
• High school diploma or equivalent

✨ Nice to Have

• Trade school certificate
• Experience in field service, maintenance and repair
• Knowledge of OSHA requirements
