You'll own Snowflake's PAN-EMEA events strategy, leading a high-performing team to deliver world-class events that drive pipeline and customer engagement. Your work will directly impact qualified meetings and opportunities for one of the fastest-growing cloud data platforms.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and execute PAN-EMEA events strategy aligned with pipeline goals
• Manage and mentor a distributed team of event professionals
• Partner with Field Marketing and Sales to drive qualified meetings
• Design C-level executive programming and bespoke experiences
• Own budget planning, forecasting, and ROI analysis

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in B2B event or field marketing
• 3+ years in senior leadership managing teams
• Proven track record delivering strategic events driving pipeline in enterprise SaaS
• Experience with large-scale event portfolios and third-party sponsorships

• Experience with AI-native event strategies
• Familiarity with Snowflake's ecosystem or data cloud industry
