You will lead complex fire engineering projects across the Middle East and globally, mentor junior engineers, and drive business development to deliver world-class life safety solutions.

Requirements

• BEng/MEng or equivalent in relevant engineering discipline
• Experience in fire engineering consultancy delivering fire strategy and safety services
• Proficiency in fire risk assessments, fire management plans, and fire protection design

Responsibilities

• Manage large and complex projects for key clients
• Conduct CFD modelling (e.g., smoke movement) and use software like CFAST, Pyrosim, Pathfinder
• Manage a team of engineers, mentor and train graduates
• Handle client-facing tasks, site inspections, and construction queries
• Drive business development and client acquisition
