💼 About This Role

You'll deliver exceptional hospitality and craft specialty coffee at Blue Bottle Coffee cafes in the Kanto area. Your role will focus on creating memorable guest experiences while learning coffee skills and team operations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide hospitality tailored to each guest's needs
• Prepare espresso, hand-drip, cold brew using best techniques
• Suggest pastries and food items to guests
• Support cleanliness and smooth cafe operations

📋 Requirements

• Availability for long-term work (1 year+)
• Ability to work 3 days per week including weekends and holidays
• Ability to work 4+ hours per shift (up to 80 hours/month)
• Passion for coffee and guest hospitality
