💼 About This Role

You'll own the end-to-end onboarding experience for new clients at a category-defining title search company, ensuring seamless integration into their workflows. You'll drive project plans, configure accounts, and train teams to transition clients from signed contract to live operations. This role is visible to the executive team from day one at a well-funded remote-first company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Run client kickoff and build implementation plan with success criteria
• Configure accounts and workflows in the Pippin portal
• Train client teams on portal, order tracker, and report formats
• Manage internal rollouts of new tooling and workflow changes

📋 Requirements

• Project management discipline with written plans and status updates
• Client-facing presence to lead kickoffs and coach ops teams
• Operator's bias for action to write SOPs and build templates
• Fluent in Confluence, Slack, Zoom, and spreadsheets

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience at a SaaS, fintech, proptech, or mortgage-tech company
• Onboarding experience with lenders or national title agencies
• Prior work at a high-growth, VC-backed company
