You'll lead technical excellence for Motive's strategic enterprise customers as their primary escalation point. You'll drive resolution of high-impact challenges and build trusted relationships through expert guidance. This role offers white-glove service at scale with direct impact on product improvements.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Serve as senior escalation point for complex technical issues
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering on defect resolution
- Build SQL queries for proactive device health monitoring
- End-to-end ownership of critical customer issues
๐ Requirements
- 2-4+ years in Technical Support with increasing responsibility
- Proven ability to deep dive technical problems and diagnose
- Experience with root cause analysis using 5 Whys or Fishbone
- Proficiency in SQL for data analysis
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience with APIs
- Experience with Transportation Management or Fleet Maintenance integrations
- Knowledge of Global Mid-Market/Strategic/Enterprise market
