You'll lead technical excellence for Motive's strategic enterprise customers as their primary escalation point. You'll drive resolution of high-impact challenges and build trusted relationships through expert guidance. This role offers white-glove service at scale with direct impact on product improvements.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Serve as senior escalation point for complex technical issues
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering on defect resolution
  • Build SQL queries for proactive device health monitoring
  • End-to-end ownership of critical customer issues

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 2-4+ years in Technical Support with increasing responsibility
  • Proven ability to deep dive technical problems and diagnose
  • Experience with root cause analysis using 5 Whys or Fishbone
  • Proficiency in SQL for data analysis

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience with APIs
  • Experience with Transportation Management or Fleet Maintenance integrations
  • Knowledge of Global Mid-Market/Strategic/Enterprise market
