Description

You will build relationships with EAP providers, unions, and corporate employers to connect employees to Charlie Health's virtual mental health services. You will educate stakeholders, reduce barriers to care, and design tailored programs, contributing to life-saving behavioral health treatment.

Requirements

• Reside in Washington, Oregon, Montana, or Idaho
• 5-8+ years proven sales experience
• Experience selling to unions, employers, and EAPs
• Thrive in fast-paced startup environment
• Ability to travel regionally with reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Develop go-to-market strategy focused on Labor, Union, and Employer partners
• Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders
• Conduct cold outreach and educational meetings
• Conduct in-person field outreach 3-4 days/week
• Design tailored outreach strategies for HR and employee resource groups
