You'll serve as primary legal advisor to product and engineering teams developing blockchain-based payment solutions within the U.S. regulatory framework. You'll define compliance policies and governance frameworks to enable responsible financial innovation. This role offers a unique chance to shape next-generation payment infrastructures.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Advise product and engineering teams on blockchain-based payment legal issues
• Provide regulatory guidance on money transmission and payments compliance
• Design and implement internal compliance policies and product governance frameworks
• Translate regulatory requirements into actionable guidelines for cross-functional teams

📋 Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active U.S. state bar admission
• 7+ years of legal experience in fintech, payments, banking, or blockchain
• Expertise in US financial services regulation and money transmission compliance
• Experience advising on product legal and compliance in fintech or cryptocurrency

• In-house experience at a fintech or blockchain company
• Experience managing external counsel on regulatory matters
