You'll lead the UX research strategy for Coupang's Taiwan team, driving customer-centric product innovation through qualitative and quantitative methodologies. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and own the qual/quan research strategy and roadmap.
• Employ latest research methodologies to improve quality and reliability.
• Drive product decisions through actionable insights with cross-functional teams.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
• Background in UX Research or equivalent consumer-focused research.
• Experience partnering with Design and Product owners on strategy.

✨ Nice to Have

• Domain knowledge of e-commerce or food delivery sectors.
• Bachelor's degree in Cognitive Psychology, HCI, or related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
