🎯 What You'll Do

• Build real-time collaborative editing with CRDTs and WebSockets
• Ship full-stack features integrating AI capabilities
• Optimize frontend performance for responsiveness at scale
• Design APIs with backend engineers for seamless collaboration

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years building production web applications with JavaScript
• Strong fundamentals in React and modern web development
• Experience with real-time collaborative systems or WebSockets
• Familiarity with CRDTs or operational transformation
